Shipping Policy

All orders placed through Seven 2 Seven are considered pre-orders. As a small, founder-led brand, each order is carefully packed and shipped by our founder while she manages inventory, daily business operations, and her responsibilities at the bedside. We appreciate your patience and support.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 4–5 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Many orders may arrive sooner, but timing can vary based on order volume, shipping location, and carrier transit times.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, including any apartment, unit, or suite number.

Seven 2 Seven is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.

Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate order or address changes, but changes are not guaranteed, especially once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on location, package weight, and number of items. Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping costs.

Delivery Issues

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, Seven 2 Seven does not control the delivery process. Questions regarding tracking, delays, delivery attempts, or other shipping concerns should be directed to the carrier.

Seven 2 Seven is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession or after confirmed delivery.

Return Policy

What is the return policy?

At Seven2Seven, we take pride in the quality and curation of our collective. Because our pieces are released in limited drops, our policy is as follows:

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Once the return label is sent, you have 7 days to drop off your item to the post office in order to process the return. All return shipping is an expected charge of the customer, we do not offer free returns. We DO NOT offer returns for international orders (canada).
Exchanges: Due to our extremely limited quantities and fast sell-out times, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you must return your original item for a refund and wait for a future drop to purchase a new size.
Process: To start a return, please contact seven2sevenco@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Welcome to Seven2Seven Collective (“Seven2Seven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of seven2seven.co and your purchase of products offered through our online store (collectively, the “Services”).

Seven2Seven is an e-commerce business based in Florida. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing seven2seven.co, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Online-Only Store

Seven2Seven primarily sells its products through our online store at seven2seven.co.

Purchases made through the website constitute transactions directly between you and Seven2Seven. Shopify provides the technology used to operate the store but is not the seller of Seven2Seven merchandise.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement to place an order through our Services.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain features may allow you to create or use a customer account.

You are responsible for:

Seven2Seven offers apparel, accessories, and related merchandise.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, manufacturing process, or other factors.

Minor variations that are ordinary for apparel or merchandise do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, designs, and collections may change without notice.

5. Limited Drops and Availability

Seven2Seven products may be produced or sold in limited quantities.

Items may sell out and may not be restocked.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability or reserve the item until the order is successfully completed and accepted.

We may limit quantities purchased by an individual, household, account, payment method, or shipping address when reasonably necessary to protect product availability or prevent unauthorized resale or fraud.

6. Pre-Orders

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, orders placed through Seven2Seven may be fulfilled using our pre-order model.

Because Seven2Seven is a small, founder-led business and products may be fulfilled in limited production runs, orders are not necessarily available for immediate shipment.

Customers should review the estimated fulfillment information displayed on the website before purchasing.

Our current general fulfillment estimate may allow up to 4–5 weeks for an order to be processed, shipped, and delivered, although many orders may arrive sooner.

Timing may vary based on:

Order volume.
Product availability.
Production timing.
Shipping destination.
Carrier transit times.
Holidays.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the product may not ship immediately.

7. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

Product unavailability.
Pricing or listing errors.
Suspected fraud.
Payment problems.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled merchandise.

We will try to accommodate requests to change an order or shipping address, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Prices displayed on seven2seven.co are shown in the currency presented to you on the website.

Prices may change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include:

Shipping charges.
Applicable sales taxes.
Customs duties.
Import fees.
Other government charges.

Any applicable amounts will be disclosed or calculated as appropriate during checkout.

10. Payment

Payment is required through the payment methods made available at checkout.

You authorize the applicable charge for your purchase.

Transactions may be processed through Shopify and third-party payment processors.

We may cancel or hold an order if a payment is declined, reversed, flagged for fraud review, or otherwise cannot be successfully verified.

11. Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on applicable factors such as:

Package weight.
Number of products.
Carrier rates.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Once your order ships, we may send tracking information to the email address associated with your purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, service disruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside Seven2Seven's reasonable control may affect delivery.

12. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Seven2Seven is not responsible for avoidable delays or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

If a package is returned because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

13. Lost, Stolen, Misdelivered, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been provided to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem, please contact the carrier and Seven2Seven as soon as possible so we can determine what assistance may be available.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

14. Returns

Seven2Seven currently accepts eligible U.S. returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The return request must be made within the applicable return period.
Merchandise must be unworn.
Merchandise must be in its original condition.
Original tags must remain attached.
The merchandise must otherwise satisfy our posted Refund Policy.

To begin a return, email seven2sevenco@gmail.com and include your order number.

Once a return label or return instructions are issued, customers must follow the stated return deadline and instructions.

Customers are responsible for applicable return-shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or specifically agreed to by Seven2Seven.

The separate Refund Policy posted on our website contains the complete applicable return terms and is incorporated into these Terms.

15. Exchanges

Because Seven2Seven merchandise is released in limited quantities and may sell out quickly, we currently do not offer exchanges.

If an eligible U.S. customer needs a different size, the customer may return the original qualifying item under our Refund Policy and purchase another product if and when it becomes available.

We cannot guarantee that another size or replacement product will remain in stock.

16. Canadian and International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for Canadian/international orders, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers placing an international order are responsible for reviewing the product, sizing, and order information carefully before completing the purchase.

17. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For orders delivered outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees, or other government charges may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these costs are the customer's responsibility.

Seven2Seven does not control charges imposed by foreign governments, customs agencies, or carriers.

18. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Seven2Seven may offer:

Promotional codes.
Discounts.
Giveaways.
Special offers.
Limited-time promotions.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value.
Promotions may expire.

is owned by or licensed to Seven2Seven and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes.

Without our written permission, you may not reproduce, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Seven2Seven content.

20. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit:

you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You grant Seven2Seven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that material in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.

21. Ambassador Applications

Seven2Seven may offer an ambassador or promotional program.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Ambassador applications may be reviewed on a rolling basis, and Seven2Seven may select participants based on our business and brand needs.

Any separate ambassador agreement or program rules provided to an accepted participant will control that participant's participation in the program.

You may not use seven2seven.co to:

Violate applicable law.
Commit fraud.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Shopify provides the technology supporting our e-commerce operations, but purchases made from Seven2Seven are sales between you and Seven2Seven.

Shopify is not the seller of Seven2Seven products.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

26. Website Availability and Errors

28. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN2SEVEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN2SEVEN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SEVEN2SEVEN FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Seven2Seven harmless from third-party claims resulting directly from:

30. Florida Law

Any mandatory rights available to consumers under the law of their place of residence remain unaffected where those rights cannot legally be waived.

31. Disputes

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase from Seven2Seven will be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.

Nothing in this provision prevents a consumer from exercising rights that applicable law requires to be available in another jurisdiction.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
