All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high‑volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Seven2Seven is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Seven2Seven is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at seven2sevenco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned orders.
