All orders placed through Seven 2 Seven are considered pre-orders. As a small, founder-led brand, each order is carefully packed and shipped by our founder while she manages inventory, daily business operations, and her responsibilities at the bedside. We appreciate your patience and support.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 4–5 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Many orders may arrive sooner, but timing can vary based on order volume, shipping location, and carrier transit times.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, including any apartment, unit, or suite number.

Seven 2 Seven is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.

Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate order or address changes, but changes are not guaranteed, especially once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on location, package weight, and number of items. Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping costs.

Shipping Protection

As of October 2026, we offer Package Protection with every order. Package Protection covers eligible items and packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If you would like to opt out of Package Protection, select “Checkout without Protection” before proceeding to checkout.

Without Shipping Protection

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.

With Shipping Protection

We cover the value of the orders that were investigated and found to be stolen or lost in transit, if the package is marked delivered and confirmed delivered by the carrier customers are not eligible for a refund or credit for the value of said shipment.

*If the address provided for shipment is to a freight forwarding or 3rd party shipping company, we are not liable for the package or contents after delivery regardless of purchasing shipping protection

Delivery Issues

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, Seven 2 Seven does not control the delivery process. Questions regarding tracking, delays, delivery attempts, or other shipping concerns should be directed to the carrier.

Seven 2 Seven is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession or after confirmed delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@seven2seven.co within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

Please keep all original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your package or you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, the item that is missing or incorrect, and photos of the package and items received.

We may review fulfillment and shipping records before providing a resolution.
