Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

All orders placed through our store are considered pre-orders. As a small, founder-led brand, every order is carefully packed and shipped by our founder alongside managing inventory and fulfilling other day-to-day business responsibilities.

We work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, with orders being packed in between the founder's work shifts. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain the quality and care that goes into every package.

Because of this fulfillment process, please allow up to 4–5 weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. While many orders may arrive sooner, delivery times can vary depending on order volume, your location, and carrier transit times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We truly appreciate your patience and support. Every purchase directly supports our small business, and we're grateful to have you as part of our community.

Return Policy

What is the return policy?

At Seven2Seven, we take pride in the quality and curation of our collective. Because our pieces are released in limited drops, our policy is as follows:

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges: Due to our extremely limited quantities and fast sell-out times, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you must return your original item for a refund and wait for a future drop to purchase a new size.
Process: To start a return, please contact seven2sevenco@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
